Clubhouse Reservations on 5/1/2013
On May 1st, we opened the calendar for clubhouse reservations for July 2013.
To reserve the clubhouse, you must come to the office, be current on rent and utilities and pay a $100 deposit* to secure your date.
*Checks are not cashed unless damage or cleaning fees are assessed after your use of the clubhouse.

Military Utilities Allowance on 1/1/2013
With 2013 arriving, our military families who receive a utilities allowance were sent information for the adjustment effective 1 January 2013.
We ask that residents adjust their allotment to reflect the new utilities allowance on January 1, 2013. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

Deployed Spouses Program on 2/3/2012
 The Properties at Wright Field is excited to continue helping families in support of our deployed military men and women. In November 2010, PWF launched the “Deployed Spouses Program” in honor of your service to our Country.
We want to ease the burden on families during the deployment, by offering our assistance. If your spouse is deployed or getting ready to deploy, please stop by the office with a copy of orders so we can go over the program with you.

Fire Prevention on 2/3/2012
Fire Prevention briefings are required for all newly assigned Privatized Housing Residents within 30 days of move-in. This briefing is given once a month and will last approximately one-half hour and may be attended by either spouse assigned to housing. Click here for more dates and locations.
