2020 Tenant Satisfaction Survey Deadline Extended

AIR FORCE HOUSING SURVEY DEADLINE EXTENDED

The annual DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey commenced for Air Force housing privatization projects on 8 Dec 2020. Emails were sent in December asking for your input about your experience and satisfaction living in military housing. These surveys are sponsored by the Air Force and sent from a company called CEL & Associates. The original deadline for submitting surveys was 22 Jan 2021, but has been extended until February 5th (click here for Wing Commander's Letter). Surveys may only be completed online. No printed or faxed survey materials will be available for this process.

Housing continues to be a positive quality of life program supporting Airmen and their families. The data and comments gathered via the survey are taken very seriously as they shape the evolution of improvements that advance Air Force housing. The survey results guide the decisions the Air Force makes today and will impact future generations of Airmen and their families. The following is additional information about the survey.

Each household is invited to complete a survey. One survey link will be sent to the personal email address of each household. The message from AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com will include links to a letter from the Chief Housing Officer and from the Secretary of the Air Force encouraging tenants to participate in the survey process. The link is good for completion of one survey per household. Tenants should not forward the email to parties outside of their household. Members are encouraged to add AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to their allowed senders to prevent blockage from anti-spam software in their email.

If no member of a resident's household receives the email link, please contact AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com for assistance. Inquiring tenants should include their installation (Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) and address in the message.

The survey results are confidential and only the survey company has access to individual survey responses. The results will be provided to the Air Force and the project without information that would tie responses or comments to a particular house or resident.
